We have the privilege of interacting with everyone involved in the hiring process; from HR Operations through Technical (and Functional) Project Management, as well as partnering with IT Managers, Directors, CFO’s, CIO’s, and CTO’s to help facilitate and simplify their technical search efforts and IT spend.
As Founder and President of Reliable Options, Incorporated, I’m personally involved in the day-to-day operations of ROI, along with being tasked to strategically align ROI’s "Suite of Services" (IT Contract Services/Consulting/Staff Augmentation and IT Contingency/Perm Search) into FORTUNE and mid-sized companies throughout the Greater Chicagoland, Kansas City, MO and Los Angeles, CA metro area(s).
Whether it’s reaching out to candidates tied into our Applicant Tracking Systems (1.2M+ candidates and growing), tapping a referral on the shoulder, or networking with IT Professionals in our marketplaces, we’ll find a way to "get-it-done"; and ...if we can’t, I’d like to think that after 28+ years in the business, we could at least point you in the right direction to someone who can.
